Dial your local DHL special Customer Service Number and press 2 for the DHL SpeedTracking service.
Now simply key in your air waybill number and get information on your shipment a few moments later. You can also request confirmation by fax of your shipment's status and notification of its arrival.
If you need help, simply press 0 at any time. Your call will be instantly transferred to Customer Service, along with any information keyed in so you don't have to do it all again.
