What are DHL iMode Services?

 DHL iMode Services offer customers yet another way to track shipments with the convenience of an 'always on' iMode-enabled device.

How do I track shipments using DHL iMode Services?
  1. On your iMode-enabled phone, you can access shipment information in 2 ways:
  • enter www.dhl.com in the browser for the English version.
  • enter www.dhl.co.jp/i/ in the browser for the Japanese version.
  1. Select the 'Tracking' option and enter the air waybill number you wish to track.
  2. Click 'Track' to get your shipment information.

What are the benefits?
