Important Information Regarding Fraudulent Use of DHL Tracking eMail

We have been informed that a fraudulent email is being distributed with the subject DHL tracking number. The email contains a message similar to the following:

'We were not able to deliver postal package you sent on the [date] in time because the recipient?s address is not correct. Please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our office.'

The email attachment contains a suspected virus. Please delete the email immediately and be advised that the package referred to does not exist.

Please note that DHL correspondences contain valid airway bills and tracking numbers and can be identified by the DHL domain name (nameofsender@dhl.com). If you doubt the authenticity of a notification message, please contact your local DHL Customer Service team at 1800 888 388 for verification. DHL takes customer relationships seriously, but can not take responsibility for unauthorized actions of third parties.
