eOrder is our interactive multi-modal, internet-based logistics order management tool that gives DHL Exel customers the ability to transmit orders electronically directly into our freight management systems via FTP.
Used for shipment booking and handling, eOrder enables you to view orders and consignments on the internet. Supported by a track and trace system and integrated e-mail triggering, eOrder features milestones and actual events as well as exception management.
You can key in orders down to line item level, as well as being able to run both standard and customised reports.
